Car sales in Japan plunge to 39-year low

Toyota announced steep downward adjustment last month.
According the article, they said that its group operating profit for the full year to March will probably plunge nearly 74 percent from the previous year as the global financial crisis slows the world economy.
And they also said that they curb car sales in the United States and Europe.

After that terrible situations were coming.
They cut entertainment budget, business traveling budget, even electricity expense and budget for salaries.
From this month, we can't work overtime for over 10 hours.
Although we have to work as a normal. In other words, our commitment doesn't change.

And then they also announced that "New vehicles sold in home market fell 27% in November."
The article said,
Japanese companies plan to cut about 30,000 temporary and part-time workers before the end of the business year in March, the Health, Labor and Welfare Ministry said last week. Toyota will cut its domestic temporary workforce by 3,000 jobs, or 50 percent, by the end of March.
I always thinking about quitting my job.
But now I'm afraid of whether I will be fired or not.
