It's called 'The world's most expensive cities'.
"ECA International", a global human resources company, researched the price of an average lunch, movie ticket and based on a basket of 128 goods that includes food, daily goods, clothing, electronics, and entertainment.
And they ranked of 399 global locations.
According to this article, Tokyo is ranked No. 1, as you can imagine.
