If I need someone to take care of?

I read "Take care of Mother" from impact issue.
There are husband and wife who have two daughters and live in small house in Tokyo.
The story of problem how to do husband's elderly mother.
She is 78 years old.
She seems very forgetful since her husband died.
So, she will need someone to take care of her.
For example clean her house, cook some meals, make sure she takes her medicine...
He suggests his wife that his mother comes to live together and to take care of her.
However she says "We can't take care of your mother because we have only two-bedrooms. We have to look for a bigger house."
Then he answers to her "In Tokyo? You know that's impossible. We tried looking for last year and we knew Tokyo is too expensive."
In the end, he says to her to the only solution is fo mother to live with us here.

I felt this is difficult problem, in Japan.
Today the newscaster reported about average life, Japanese women are the most long life all of the world, 85.81 years old!
If my mother need to help someone, I want to help her.
I can live in her house, I can clean her rooms, I can help she wants to.
It's simple.
The other hand, I will get older, if I need someone to take care of me?
I want to live in special house for elderly people, I need to take care of someone employment to there.
